We are a company which takes pride in what we bake, providing the highest quality of ingredients to our clients. We locally source all our ingredients in Ontario and provide natural, healthy options without sacrificing any taste or quality. We take pride in taking the extra step to achieve the next plateau of flavour. 

Our breads main ingredient is our flour, which has been milled in Ontario's oldest stone ground water-turbine. This allows all our flours to retain the natural nutrients of the wheat grain and kernel. Our chocolates are made using the finest Couverture imported from Belgium whereas our macarons are GMO free and Vegetarian friendly. We don't do this to make ourselves sound better, we do this to make ourselves feel better and we want to share that feeling with you. More and more people these days are eating processed foods, and if we can start with a simple staple in everybody's diet, we know we've taken a step in the right direction. 

Some may say it's extra, we say it's just enough. We take the extra step not because we have to, but because we want to. Our Apple Pie Macaron consists of a whole Apple Pie! We've taken Grandma's Pie and blended it into our famous Buttercream filling.
